Barre Classes

Barre is a low-impact workout holding strong and steady poses. Classes focus on core muscles to improve overall strength, and long lean limbs – just like the ballerinas. And just like the ballerinas, we use a barre as a key prop in these workouts.


Barre is a fun and energetic, low impact class that incorporates elements of ballet and Pilates, alongside hits of cardio and strength to build long, lean limbs – just like the ballerinas!


Ballerina or not, this class will immerse you in this beautiful world of dance, helping with improved posture, body alignment, balance and flexibility.

Barre Strength

Focus on full body conditioning to build long lean muscles. This class will include a variety of equipment including resistance bands, balls and hand weights to help focus on increasing strength a firing up the abs.

Barre Cardio

Get your heart pumping with a hit of cardio to burn those calories and increase your cardiovascular fitness.
