We know how important it is for you to have a dedicated space where you can focus on your fitness and wellness. At our studio, we practice the highest level of hygiene and sanitation, to ensure you always feel safe, comfortable and calm in our space.
What to bring
Bring along a water bottle and towel to each class – it can get quite firey in some of the classes. You are welcome to bring along your own mat if you prefer, as well as suitable socks for practice.
We also have lockers for you to use during your time in the studio, as well as change rooms, showers and amenities.
Entering the studio
When you step into the studio, we ask that you please sanitise your hands and check in at reception, plus scan the government required QR code.
We are all here to find our zen, so please follow social distancing guidelines at all times to keep yourself, teachers and other members safe.
Look after yourself
If you’re feeling unwell, even with mild symptoms, please stay home until you are feeling well again. For health and medical advice, please speak to your GP or medical professional.
A clean workout is a great workout
Our studio is a safe space. Please wipe down and clean every piece of equipment before and after use. This includes reformer beds, props, mats and bolsters. Disinfectant wipes stations can be found in all studio rooms.
You are welcome to bring along your own yoga or Pilates mat, and we ask that you bring your own towel.
Maintain a safe distance
We love when our members become friends, so please wav to them, and maintain a safe 1.5 metres distance at all times.
