Need a low fat and low-calorie snack? We’ve got you covered with these baked cauliflower bites. Inspired by Middle Eastern flavours, this snack is always a favourite!
¼ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
1 tsp mixed spice
1 tbsp rosemary
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
- Chop the cauliflower (florets and stems) into bite-size pieces and spread on a baking tray.
- Season with cumin, coriander, mixed spice and rosemary and bake for 20-30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Cool slightly and serve.
