Learn to Meditate

Meditation is a way of relaxing the body while simultaneously focusing the mind to find calm and contentment – a safe space to connect with your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Regular meditation practice can help rest the mind, reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Step into your ‘me-space’, where the boss isn’t nagging, the kids aren’t screaming and your time is yours and yours alone. Escape the busyness of everyday life. Just 30 minutes of ‘mind-bliss’ meditations and breathing techniques is all it takes to bring a little more peace and balance into your day. A few of the main benefits of regular meditation can include physical and mental relaxation, stress and or anxiety reduction, sleep and energy improvements.

It’s often best to create a fairly quiet and relaxed environment to stop distraction and ideally, it’s a place where you feel comfortable and warm.

Let’s begin:

  1. Find a quiet, warm and comfortable space.
  2. Get into a comfy position, laying down, seated on the floor or in a chair.
  3. Take a few deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.
  4. Relax as we guide you through an 8-minute meditation.
